FACP hosts two conferences per year -- the Annual Conference in September and the Spring Conference in May.

The 2018 Annual Conference will be held on September 18-20 at the Sundial Beach Resort & Spa on beautiful Sanibel Island. The event is a combination of general sessions and breakout sessions that touch on various areas of chamber operations and will also include the annual awards program where chambers and chamber professionals are honored for their accomplishments. 

Registration is $325 per person (the 3rd and subsequent attendee from a chamber receives a 15% discount).

The 2018 Spring Conference was held on May 3-4 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lakeland. Cancellation and refund requests for either conference must be submitted in writing. Cancellation requests received prior to 6 weeks from the event start date will be processed and will be subject to a $50 processing fee. Cancellation requests received between 4 to 6 weeks prior to the event start date will be refunded at 50% of the amount paid and will be subject to a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be awarded within 4 weeks of the event start date.
